Doom music remixes as totally different genres

Just out of curiosity, are there any remixes of existing Doom songs that reimagine them as completely different genres? i remember listening to a dubstep-style remix of E2M8 some time ago. what if D_E1M1 was a more of a 90's pop song? or E3M2 as salsa/cumbia?

Evil Horde's version, perhaps? Most of the Dark Side of Phobos project was pretty different stylistically to the originals, though as I recall some tracks deviated so far from the source material the connection was pretty much in name only.

 

As for other remixes, Rimco's chill/ambient take on E1M8 was the first thing that sprung to mind for me. There's also Lorcan's TNT pack, which in addition to having one of the best Legion of the Lost remixes ever (imo), took on a mostly synth-oriented sound, with the Doom II tracks used in TNT included!
