Or maybe 1.11.61 is just the normal java version with ceilings and floor. The most advance version I have is v1.8.94. Does anyone have an upgrade version of the game? Yay for the turn based version :) 0 Share this post Link to post

Kroc Posted March 3, 2021 Textures from BREW! This is an incredible landmark; that version of DOOM RPG was practically lost to time, and nearly impossible to actually emulate / play! 0 Share this post Link to post

Although can you confirm, given all the above warnings, which version of GZDoom would you recommend I did use? 0 Share this post Link to post
PROPHESSOR Posted March 4, 2021 @Bauul For English-speaking (not Russian) people I would recommend to use latest LZDoom version. We won't found any crashes during testing and that version doesn't require any patches. 0 Share this post Link to post

Tetzlaff Posted March 5, 2021 Awsome, this is exactly what I wanted! I thought to myself it would be cool to have a recreation of Doom RPG (never played it on cellphone), but real-time and with GZDoom features. I somehow missed the previous releases of your mod... One question: how do you turn off that 3D bump effect (voxels?) for the textures? 0 Share this post Link to post

Tetzlaff Posted March 6, 2021 Thanks! Found it on my own in the meantime. Since I never played the original mobile game, I'm curious: Is all the dialogue straight from the original game, or did you take some artistic liberties? 0 Share this post Link to post
