WADs/mods where monsters always fire as if the player were invisible?

A while ago, I remember reading a suggestion from someone that there should be a "drunk" flag for the monsters, which would make them aim as if the player had picked up an invisibility sphere, to make dodging attacks a bit more difficult for people who are so used to the traditional firing patterns and instinctively know where to go.  Are there any WADs/mods with this behaviour?

Not that I know of but you could probably make it by making a custom powerup that lasts forever and doesn't make the sprite invisible. Then run an ENTER script to give it to the player every time a map loads.

Or you could just make the player partially invisible:

^I'm pretty much a complete newbie.  Is there a way for me to load that file along with a WAD?

Inside the zip is a .deh file. You load that with the other stuff. It depends on the port you use.

 

I use the ZDL launcher which automatically uses the correct commandline.
