NiTROACTiVE Posted November 27, 2018 Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of Spongebob Squarepants, has died at the age of 57 from ALS after nearly two decades after the show premiered. He will dearly be missed, and he created a legendary show that will last for ages, even if you think many of the newer episodes aren't too good. My condolences go to his friends and family. Vanessa Posted November 29, 2018 Rest in peace, Stephen Hillenburg. You will be remembered and greatly missed. Also, not only is this sad because he died, but that also means....no more spongebob! NO MORE SPONGEBOB! NOOOO!!!!! SPONGEBOB IS MY FAVOURITE SHOW AND NOW IT'S GONE JUST LIKE THE CREATOR! This is just as sad as when Stefan Karl Stefannson (Robbie Rotten) died!
