Will the textures be unlocked for use once the third episode is out? Would be nice to make something with BTSX style textures combined with OTex.

The resource wad will be made available once episode 3 is out, yes!

 

Combining it with other resource wads will require some care and compromise, though, as BTSX's palette modifications are pretty extensive.
