Go back to first rune trial

I am playing Doom 2016/Mission 7 and I accidentally skipped the first rune challenge and gone somewhat past it.  Is there a way that I can now do the first rune challenge without having to restart Mission 7?

if you go to the main menu im pretty sure you can replay them (not too sure)
