Need help fixing my moving platforms

Okay so, I'm working on making platforms move back and forth. So far, I have successfully gotten them to move using actor mover and interpolation points. An issue I am having however is that whenever I stand on the platform, it stops moving until I step off it. Any way to make it move without me freezing it whenever I stand on it?

Why not use a linedef action special, such as 64?

I think he wants the platform to move sideways with a player riding it, not up and down.
