What are some well designed slaughter maps that you know of?

I played Combat Shock 2 for Doom II. The maps in there were unfairly, but in a fun way, hard and the maps were well designed. Does anyone know similar slaughter maps?

There's a lot to choose from, depending on how slaughtery you want to go.  Sunder is probably the most legendary, while Deus Vult is something of the grand-daddy.

I'm disappointed that Cryogenics by Bemused hasn't been mentioned yet.

Also there's Dimensions by MrZzul/Killer5.

Survive in Hell gets this way toward the end, it's good fun, if easy compared to most mentioned here.
