Issues with lift textures [DB2]

Question

I'm a brand new designer and have a question about some texture issues. I made a lift with some items on it and decided to split it into two adjoining rooms. The lifts work fine, but the tops of them are see-through. The other two lifts that are opposite from these are fine, and the see-through effect only shows during gameplay and not in visual mode. What could be causing this? Map analysis does not give me any errors, so I'm hoping there's some random thing I'm missing here.

So you have two sets of lifts. One set is working just fine and another set which has see-through floors. Can you not compare them in an editor to check what the difference is?

See-through floors usually occur when the F_SKY1 flat is selected for the floor.

However, it is always best to provide a pwad which shows the problem and someone can take a look to see what can be done.

I can recommend some sources for further reading:

It is important to be able to converse using proper terminology.
