How do I create a still custom object?


To elaborate; I wan't to create a still object, kind of like the "Large brown tree", or "Burning barrel". But whenever I try, I usually get some kind of scripting error. Am I suppose to use Decorate? When the script does work somehow, why doesn't the object show up as an option in Doom Builder? I don't even know where to start. Can someone point me to the right direction?

See that number after the name of the actor?  That number (a DoomEd number) is what you use to put the thing in your map.


It will appear in the User Defined folder when you are choosing the thing type in the editor, unless you add //$Category AFolderNameHere to put it into another folder, even a custom folder.
