Just finished the wad, but the question about secret level left:
 

 

I'm missing second green jemstone somewhere. Any ideas where to look for?

Figure it out. Kinda tricky in compare to all others. For those, who might have same problem:
 

 

1. Get to location "MAP03 - Sirix Delta".
2. Go/jump to the teleport on the east.

3. It will drop you on the south.

4. On the wall there is switch hidden. Press it.

5. Run back to the east and grab the jem.

6. Go back to the first map.
