How to Force Pistol Start in Boom capability

Question

I am making a limit removing + boom functions set of maps and was wondering if I could force pistol start without resorting to Zdoom functions. The maps absolutely rely on pistol start

In Boom, you cannot. The closest you can get is to put a "death exit" on every map.
