Decorate folder not showing up despite giving actor a number

Question

I'm trying to figure out how to add custom monsters to a map, but no matter what I try the Decorate folder won't show up in Doom Builder. Is there any reason why this might be happening?

You are quite correct.

Vanilla Doom2 does not support any GZDoom specific features.

You need to use either GZDoom (Doom2 in Hexen) format or GZDoom (Doom2 UDMF).

You also might want to upgrade to GZDoom Builder - Bugfix.

After all, Doombuilder2 is now several years old and GZDB-BF has had many bugfixes and additions, 1345 in fact.

[Addendum]

Also, using Slade3 without setting the Base Resource to DOOM2.WAD and the Palette to DOOM is not a good idea.
