Were Perditions gate and Hell to pay released in boxes?

Does anyone know if the Wizard works commercial megawads, Perditions gate and Hell to Pay, were ever released in large boxes? Or where they released in jewel cases?

I'm going to assume jewel cases only, as I have never seen boxed copies appear on eBay.

That seems about right. My memory's kinda shady, but by the late 90's games no longer appeared in boxes, presumably to cut costs.

To my memory when you ordered it you were sent a jewel case.
