Is it possible to have ZDoomGL NOT do texture filtering? cwar...?
I think the for example the sprites look to blurry and have lost a bit of their old charming appearence.

Yes it is possible, but only in the latest ZDoomGL, which hasn't yet been released.

The cvar is: "gl_texture_mode". If you set it to "GL_NEAREST" it will not filter textures/sprites.
