GZDoom Builder doesn't open; shows no error messages

Recently I reset my Windows, and since then, I haven't been able to open GZDoom Builder. I have tried different versions, but still no luck, which means it must be a problem with my computer, but... I have no way of knowing what it is exactly. I have installed NET Framework 3.5 and I believe it's working correctly.

Edit: I can still open the updater.

probably SlimDX is missing from your computer, GZDoom Builder doesn't provide it because it comes in zip files, AFAIK only Doom Builder 2 installer came with it.
Anyways try to get it from here and see what happens: https://slimdx.org/download.php
