Animated textures on walls

How to make animated textures on walls? I've tried this, and on ZDoom forums.

It would be easier for me to send you an example than to explain basically what the wiki does. So here ya go:

Btw, I set the tic time to 10 instead of around 4, otherwise the numbers in the texture would have been a blur.
