More Xan fun

Here's my latest, Since everyone seemed to like my original monsters better, I decided to put Doom art on hold, for now. this first one is like one of the very first monsters i created, you can see a doodle of him on that misc monster picture i first submitted, that's how old this dude is, so yesterday and today i decided to re-sketch him...BTW he's the only monster I've done a sprite animation for, one for him firng, the other for the targeting scope coming over his pupil...

This is a demon i saw in my head and tried to draw the result was a doodle that I just now fleshed out on paper, that is a muzzle of flesh over his jaw which is supposed to make the notion of what lies beneath, all the more terrifying...tell me what you think of these!

This third one, is far from finished but, since i was posting i decided to upload it, I know it looks like an arachnatron rip-off. I'll tell you this much, it's a machine that is powered by a demon's life-force...oooh..can someone guess what those orbs are?

The eye thing kinda reminds me of Orbb from Q3A.

Good man!

Maybe you could makem fight humans or other monsters. That will tell us more about their nature/ size/ skills etc. Monsters are cool, but fighting monsters are sweet!

Sorry I never played it or any Quake game for that matter, I drew the eye in like 7th grade, so no influence though I don't doubt it resembles something you've seen before.

Very true, but I wanted to represent all my creatures individually so I can establish their character, before depicting them interacting with each other...I'd be happy to contribute to free-doom or other projects :) Thanks RAvage.

really? tell me more...crap, sorry i'll try and combine my posts...i really need 2 windows up at once for this, sorry guys, sorry dsm. BTW we artists should have a seperate channel..since art's the minority on here.
