Shotgun being muted on D4V (vanilla\choco)

Question

When there are too many enemies, the Shotgun sound is muted - probably by the other ones. However that doesn't happened on early builds, so I guess I did something wrong.
 



I tried to change the sound priority to 1 but it didn't work. There is something I can try?
How exactly sound priority works btw?

Chocolate Doom has 8 sound channels, meaning only 8 sounds can be played at once. Since there are enough sounds playing at once in that video, the sound of your shotgun is cut off for other sounds. That's about as far as my knowledge goes though.

The weird thing is - that doesn't happen without my mod:
 


I know that Pinkies and other entities are a lot noisy than before. But I suspect that I messed the sound priorities somehow.

I thought it would work if I give 1 to the sound priority.
I put this number for weapons (and summoner\gore nest death). But it didn't work either.
