Need some help with mapping

I'm a beginner at doom builder and I cant change the floor or roof texture

You should just have to click onto those tiles (With the big crosses) to select the flat for the floor/ceiling. 

 

Not sure why they're showing up without textures for you though.

Ok I found the issue, I can see the floor and roof textures now.

As long as you have doom2.wad set as a resource, this shouldn't happen. Are you using custom textures/flats as well?

I think it was just a problem with the directory
