Mad Dal 85 Posted October 6, 2019 I keep getting a double defined error, even though the monster with the ED number is not matching anything else. Anyone have any ideas why it keeping this? 0 Share this post Link to post
1 Gez Posted October 7, 2019 It'd be better if you said what program gave you the error, too. That said I believe it's a Doom Builder warning message about a definition for an actor (based on its name, not number) being read twice. This can happen if you load the file in which it's defined twice -- there's only on definition, but you read it twice, so you get the actor being "double defined". For example, if your monster is defined in MYWAD, and you're loading MYWAD as a resource, but you're also editing a map in MYWAD, then Builder will load it first as a resource, and then again as the active file. 0 Share this post Link to post
