Did they update how to make doors or am I just blind and stupid?

I haven't messed around in DooMBuilder in like 4 months and forgot some stuff but I only remember how to make doors but idk if they updated it or what but I'm so confused

In Sectors Mode, move the cursor to the sector which is to be the door.

Hit Shift+D for Make Door

Select appropriate textures.

Hit OK.

 

 

edit:

Make sure that the door sides are voids, so that the door can function properly.

You were trying to make a door out of a sector type. You need to select the lines of the door and give them the appropriate action.
