I need help

I'm trying to make a Wad file where I basically just inherit all the data from the Pistol and make another pistol. All I want to do is change the name, weapon speed, damage, and set it up so it replaces the original pistol. How can I do this?

Thanks, I was able to figure it out. Now I just need to figure out how to set up all my custom weapons so that they appear as weapon pick-ups in the levels.
