How to edit Heretic intermission map names for Vanilla

I'd love to edit names of the Heretic levels for my wad (both on map & intermission screen) but I know whacked & doom writer don't work for it (or maybe I'm doing it wrong). Any other utilities I can use to make that happen for vanilla?

HHE (Heretic Hack Editor) Basically Dehacked for Heretic, though there might be issues if you try to use it for Shadow of the Serpent Riders.

Ok, so I tried to fire it up & set the parameters according to the readme.txt file. For some reason, it still wont' find the wad file despite the correct parameters. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
