Doom Archvile But it's Dr. Phil

One night while trying to sleep an idea came to my mind. Wouldn't it be funny to combine the Doom Archvile with Dr.Phil? you know because they're both bald... And will roast you... But mostly because they're both bald. 

Requirements:
-Doom 2

-(G)zdoom, Only tested on gzdoom but i think other zdoom based ones should work too 

 

This is obviously low effort meme wad so don't expect anything amazing

I used the Neural Upscale sprites as a base so Credits to hidfan for those

Heh, little known fact mainstream media won't tell you:  Obama and Trump both pardoned the same five megabanks, issuing waivers from prosecution for at least one to three years, so they can commit all the fraud they want.  ...Though the usury system combined with fractional reserve banking is already colossal fraud in itself as banks charge interest on money they never possessed.   And Biden and Trump probably both screwed kids provided by Jeffery Epstein.
