is there a way to play dehacked files with gzdoom ?

I think you can just drag and drop .deh files directly into GZDoom to play them. If it has an accompanying wad, just select both the wad and the deh, copy them, then right click GZDoom and paste them.

You might have to use:

gzdoom -deh whatever.deh

 

by command line or using a batch file.
