Yeah those movies are great. I've always really enjoyed media that sort of combines accurate references to history/reality with the supernatural, things like that y'know. Metal gear Solid is a good example where you have 'technically' correct representations of weapons/settings alongside psychic vampires and dudes who throw bumblebees or whatever. It can serve up common story ideas and tropes in new ways when combined effectively. It's almost like the end result is more than the two or more themes combined. Like Captain Planet lol.

I don't think it's Hitler, but the morbid curiosity about such an utterly strange and nonsensical setting. TBH, this looks like something that's interesting solely for its utter trash factor, and it doesn't cost much, which makes people do impulse purchases. And for that price and the outright lunacy of the idea, who can be angry at the developers? I think most buyers will walk away very satisfied from a vapid low-brow but ultimately amusing short session of entertainment.

(No, I didn't purchase it but I certainly can see the appeal here this might have for some gamers.)

I brought up this game as an example of "Hitler adverisement". Many media do this, due to the long time tradition of mocking him and his party: Producers, Jojo rabbit, Stalin vs Martians, Bionic Commando. I don't see a problem with Doom guy killing nazis; but the publishers often want to see germans (and not nazis) being killed. I don't get it.
