mjf6866 Posted January 23, 2020 (edited) I7 6700K 4.0ghz 16GB RAM GTX 1070 8gb vram MSI Z170A Gaming motherboard Predator 144hz monitor I built this PC in spring of '16 specifically for Doom 2016...it runs it flawlessly on extreme and 1080p well above 100fps. All I want to be able to do is run Eternal in 1080p with a minimum of 60fps on extreme to see all the eye candy and still play smoothly of course. I know its not out yet so its impossible to say for sure, but for the hardcore guys that are up on the tech of the engine in Eternal...what do you think? I appreciate the info and thank you! TheRedTide Posted January 24, 2020 You will probably be able to run it on high to very_high at 1080p with a 60fps framerate. 0 Share this post Link to post
Yourfacedotcom Posted January 24, 2020 (edited) You should be good to go. I would recommend a SSD if you don't have one already though. They are much more affordable these days. Western Digital is reliable from my experience. EDIT: Oh and you want to play on extreme settings? Uh probably not at 60fps but the game will likely have more detail than 2016 even at high settings. seed Posted January 24, 2020 That's a pretty beefy rig, handling the game on high/very @ 1080p 60fps should be no issue. Higher resolutions than that, such as 1440p might be just fine too. 1 Share this post Link to post
