I won't say where it was, but I saw a downloadeable retail version in a rather famous abandonwarez site. But I think it's now protected by an IDSA member.

Almost, Interactive Digital Software Association. The guys that recover the rights and IPs over games whose publishers and/or developers don't exist anymore. They ussually make this to keep selling 542 years old games considered "classics".
