Bunch of Doom 2 INTERPIC recolours (Updated v1.1)

Recommended Posts

This is just cool. The second grey one looks suitable for the Master Levels for Doom II. I miss some blue(-ish) ones, though.

P.S.: Mega requests a key or something.

Thanks. As I said, I might make some more at some point. It's quite relaxing.

Hmmmm, not really I don't think. There are like 5 or so weird magentas in the palette. I can maybe try and do a ramp into pink or some other colour.

Might try later.

It would be interesting to have another two ones which match more closely the CREDIT and HELP lumps.

Those would be very easy to replicate.

Also update on the purple, I was fiddling around with something that looks kinda purple-ish, but I am not quite feeling it yet. Might have something tomorrow.

I like the three all black ones in the bottom right best.

Teehee.

Here are a few ugly ones where I tried a two-tone effect.

The brownish and golden one actually look pretty good, imo. The other 2 are fairly burny though, esp the one with green D:

Yeah I wanted to make some sort of ghostly effect with the inverse gray + green light, and while I still like the concept, the implementation is not good.

Would look great for an old-school vanilla DOOM episode though... The improvisation you made there would fit great with the vanilla DOOM tricks to make stuff within the limitations.
