DOOMWADPATH support

Any chance we could get support for the DOOMWADPATH environment variable? Just makes for less typing I have to do each time. I don't know how difficult this is to implement, but just a small QOL improvement that I'd like to suggest.

EE has support for DOOMWADPATH, though it only applies for IWADs. I'm assuming you would always want for it to also apply to `-file`? Thanks for the compliment, by the way.

Right. I'm hoping it wouldn't be too much of a burden to add in though.

Sorted! Grab the next x86 devbuild from DRDTeam when they go up, which should be in about 15 hours from now.
