Editing the Palette for DOOM.

I really need help with this. I looked all over the internet only to find a DOOM Wiki article and a broken link. Is there any programs or any ways on how to edit the DOOM Palette?

There is a program for creating palettes: DoomCrap

Make a 16x16 image, fill it with colors and run it through the palette executable. Put the resulting .ACT file into a new .wad and run the game with the .wad.
