Like it. Not sure about the red spot on his head, though. If you want to make him special, rather than just a re-colored Lost Soul, give him an additional attack to stand out.

 

Or better, since he's 'nuclear', when he dies, have him leave behind a small pool of damaging nukage, which fades after a while.

Look at the Decorate code for the Oil Drum at Realm667. When it explodes, it spawns a small damaging fire for a random time period.
