If Caleb was the Bloodborne's Hunter of Doom Engine-like games, y'know, a damn Outer Ones/Abomination Hunters (Because he looks like The Hunter to be honest), then he would easily defeat Doomguy, however - We are talking of Doomguy, who from my point of view is before becoming T H E D O O M S L A Y E R(tm), so even if he has a good loadout, Caleb's is still much stronger on a sense, "The Arcane" can beat "The Technology" sometimes. Even if Doomguy can use the BFG9000, Caleb has the idkwhat Staff and the idkwhat Voodoo Doll, powerful enough weaponry. Now, if you went more specific and said "Doom Slayer", then yes, Caleb would be defeated unless he was like Bloodborne's Hunter.
