0 Alper002 Posted May 27, 2020 Look into making a MAPINFO first, so that the maps are set up in a way that the hub is properly set up. Next, map for Hexen format or UDMF and use action #74 to warp the player to another map. The player start "arg0" refers to the first "argument" of the non-action a player start has. This way, you can make two warps to the same map lead to different parts of the same map. That is, assuming you want a Hexen-style hub. If you want regular level progression with a hub map in-between, I'm less sure on the exact implementation. Making use of ACS, particularly world variables will most likely be helpful. Perhaps you should take a look at the implementation of the mods you want it to be like? 0 Share this post Link to post

As mentioned by Alper002 : DiHF or UDMF. Rex made a tutorial about constructing hub levels. Check out his pwads: phobos-g.pk3 and Paranoid.pk3 Use GZDoom to play.
