Doom 2: M1 to M7, M11, M14, M32 and M17.

BTSX E1: M1

Eviternity: M1 to M6, M10, M13, M16 to M18, M21 to M24, M27 and M28. 

Ancient Aliens: M11

Plutonia: M1, M5, M24

 

Heretic: E1M1, E2M4, E3M2, E3M2, E3M3, E3M6, E4M2 and E5M8.

 

Hexen: Starting map.

Obsessed is kind of a strong word, but I find myself revisiting Plutonia 2 quite often because of its MAP33.

I would vote for Mountain Depot (map20) from Momento Mori.  I just loved pistol-starting it on UV and seeing how far I got before I got munched. Love those open sandbox-style ones
