Hey I'm new into classic  doom community and i was curious how do you upload demos to dsda page?

At the Run Submission section:

Once you have your completed demo, write up a text file indicating the map, category, time, author, etc, and put them together in a zip file. Post this file to the doomworld forums for the community to see and it will be picked up by the archive maintainer and preserved for all eternity.

 

That means you usually post your demos in this subforum, in appropriate threads (like you should post in Akeldama demo thread if you have just finished an UV-Max run of MAP03)
