Summoning bouncing sprites?

I had an idea for a gib animation, where body parts fly around. I could summon the decorative gibs, but is there anyway i can make them move, bounce, and maybe even rotate?

You can check out Supercharge gameplay mod by Tango, which features quite an extensive set of different gib animations, including a bouncing revenant head (the enemy is called Draugr in the mod). Should be a sufficient reference for you to make something bouncy yourself.

Rotating I think it is impossible through code, although I'm not sure at all, but bouncing is quite simple, there are many flags and other properties, check the wiki!

I played around with the flags and properties, but I couldn't get anything to bounce. Does it need to be solid or something else?

If I remember correctly, it must be a projectile, If it still doesn't work for you, maybe it would be a good idea post the code

romero released unused sprites of body parts flying around,in terms of decorate code you will need to make it summon a lot of projectiles which are the objects,and animation would be a 4 frame loop of the sprite itself being rotated

You can rotate sprite quite freely using A_setPitch() decorate function.
