What is exactly 2-key sr50?

That means set strafe on + turn left/right in the same key or am I wrong?

I think it's a thing with sourceport support, which usually is considered as TAS.

Pressing the keys needed for SR40, plus the strafe-on toggle, would automatically result in SR50, without the player needing to manually add the relevant turn input. That caused a brouhaha with prBoom+ 2.5.1.4. Entryway, the port maintainer, then fixed it, after being threatened removal of the famous chainsaw behind the player start. (Oh wait not that Entryway. Sorry got my facts mixed up.)
