Is it possible to get a DeHacked file that lists all the properties of Vanilla DOOM (or MBF DOOM) without any modifications?

The way a DeHacked file works is that it only stores attributes that need to be changed and anything that is unchanged in the original game is just left out.

 

What I would like to know:

• Is it possible to get a .deh file (or .bex file) that contains all the information from Vanilla DOOM without any changes?
• Can I do the same thing with a MBF .deh file (it contains unmodified information for the helper dog, the mushroom, the beta BFG9000, etc.)?
