Any idea on how to fix this? Maybe you do not know how TEXTURE1/PNAMES works. You import the image as a patch (DOOM format) between P_ or PP_ markers, which is then added to TEXTURE1/PNAMES in Slade3's Texture Editor. This works for textures but not for flats. Flats are just 64x64 images which are imported between F_ markers. The best thing for you to do would be to upload your pwad.
