xX_Lol6_Xx Posted December 16, 2020 My brother and I wanted to play co-op peer to peer in lzdoom, but when he tried to start it up, the windows defender made a message saying that the executable has a virus. That's weird because my machine also has the same executable, and I had no problems. Can anybody help us so we can play? Thanks! 0 Share this post Link to post

Redneckerz Posted December 16, 2020 Flag the executable as a false positive on the computer that says this. I assume you use the latest version? What are the specs of both machines? Paging @drfrag to be aware of this. (LZDoom author) 0 Share this post Link to post
drfrag Posted December 16, 2020 How do you know it's windows defender and not the firewall asking for permission for the app to go online? Did you see the exact message? 0 Share this post Link to post

Yes, it wasn't the firewall, actually the firewall never throws a message, just with crispy-doom but that is no problem. 0 Share this post Link to post
