zdoomgl skins again!

okay now that i have my model and skins
i replace smallgreenpillars md2 model and
the sgpillar pcx open up zdoomgl the model is
in there but the skin is all black and red
now what am i doing wrong? the skin and model
shows up together well in nst skin modler
and the q2moddler!
