If you mean by this atmospheric maps that has neat details and somewhat tell a story, check this thread:

You will find a vast selection of almost all mapsets that follow somekind of storyline, and some standalone maps, too.

Avactor (Cacoward 2018), map 09... so huge and so easy to get lost. But so good! I love the jungle aesthetics. It has 1500 enemies on UV, and it is not slaughter material. If you can play the entire wad, you should. Most levels are very big and complex.

Ar Luminae, that you could also call "Anagnorisis on steroids". About 3 hours of playtime , really immersive and the music and texturing are awesome. I'm glad it got a cacoward, it deserved it.

Try maps of Adonis(really huge), E3M7 of Doom Odyssey (the other maps of E1 and E3 are immersive too, but it's only what I would call huge there; thanks 2002ado team for realistic inferno episode), Map11,17 of PL2, Map12,21 of BTSX1, Map26 of BTSX2, PRCP Map11,29, AV Map20, almost every map in Eternal Doom 3, the map in 1monster.wad called Mausoleum
