Syringe demos [-complevel 2]

This is a thread for Syringe, a limit removing mapset for Doom 2 (so don't use chocolate-doom).

Please record on the final version of the wad (v1.1)!

Didn't think I could achieve this fast, but turns out being a Pacifist is quite rewarding when it comes to avoid enemies teleporting in. It's improvable though.

Yup, still at it. Huge improvement from last time, but still a lot of time save to be had and in fact, sub 3 minutes would be my goal here. I've added the wad's version number as I was told it has a high chance of getting an update, so it's a precaution I'm taking against potential desyncing demos.

Most likely because the wad itself has yet to be updated. In fact, I didn't create this thread myself : my posts were simply moved here.

So the risk is that if the wad is updated then your demos will desync :(

Yes, I am well aware. But the reason I keep doing demos despite all this is to show interest in speedrunning Syringe. Once the update rolls in, I'll test the demos to see which ones desyncs and update my posts accordingly.

There's indeed a Syringe update around the corner, but FSF and I have chatted about it a bit so it's a known thing. Just a heads-up for anyone else who might want to give it a run -- shouldn't be too much longer 'til it's safe-ish.

I felt left side if faster (referring to the bonus 0:20 demo), but actually I got the same time to the CG switch on both side. However, the right seems to yield better monster movements, so I kept that later.
