I would like to take E3M6 and E4M1.

Since i'm working on a couple doom projects as well and the deadline of this project is pretty long, I'm thinking of 'remaking' the TITLEPIC and the Endpics (PFUB1/PFUB2/ENDPIC), Are you ok with that?

Rules:

-No DeHACKed or Custom things.

-Keep it within the static limits

-Test in Chocolate doom to check for visplane overflow.

-No copy and pasting maps, it's your vision on how you want it.

-Must be in Doom: Doom Format

Must use the DOOM.wad

It should work with Ultimate Doom

Sorry if i seem like such a gzdoom/udmf nerd.

But is it possible in vanilla to use the E3 sky in E1?

If you want to go full 1994/95 mapping territory, yes. Just put a SKY3 as a wall texture.

Otherwise, no.

What about custom textures?

Custom textures aren't allowed, you are only allowed to use Stock Doom.wad textures.

What about new textures that only use existing iwad patches (like with the Patched Up pack)?

Sign me up for E2M7

EDIT: @Redoom There are 2 maps that didn't make the cut for Doom/UltDoom. Could I update those and include them?

Sure, you can replace them, or even add them to the original map.

I was thinking we could add them as secret levels for ports that support mapinfo.

Multipatch textures can cause unexpected crashes on vanilla. The less of them the better imo.
