How to change the demo in the background of the menu screen

Does anyone know how to change the demo file in the background of the menu, if you even can?

Record a new demo, plonk it in a wad file calling it DEMO1. Substitute 1 with 2 & 3 for further demos, or 4 with Ultimate Doom.
