Sorce port:GZDoom is needed bechase you need to jump to complete this wad (zandronum also works)

Difficulty: medium 

 

the sprites are taken from Bayonet:rowdy rudys revenge Shotgun and chaingun:UAC rebellion both by doomkid ssg:doom2 beta plasmarifle:hell to pay.

Poor and linear layout, no detailing whatsoever, arbitrary jumping requirement, botched enemy sprites, no custom music (D_RUNNIN yay), doors that are thicker than a schoolbus, height variation is almost nonexistent, repetitive texturing, etc. Very, very basic beginner map. Pretty much anytime I boot up a map and hear D_RUNNIN, that tells me about all I need to know.

 

Right off the bat you have a horde of haphazard zombiemen coming around a corner, and it gets no better after that. Poorly made doors that are the size of a room, random enemy placement, useless new weapons, braindead combat encounters, lack of atmosphere, awkwardly shaped areas, dull and uninteresting layout... more practice is needed.

 

And the fact that you created three threads for this map is another negative.

Honestly expected this to be a post about bloodsea.wad of Master Levels fame.  My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

You know, I would find it interesting if bloodsea.wad was recreated as an actual Blood map.

Either way, the grading scale is 0-12,000.

You need to change the title of the midi file to D_RUNNIN for map01
