But the thing I remember most vividly was how numbingly cold it was that early morning in late September way north of the Arctic Circle. i cant unthink that this can be made into a decent skybox. 1 Share this post Link to post

Did you enjoy your time? It was awe-inspiring, I was certainly overwhelmed when entering it for the first time. I saw people of both Christian/Orthodox and Muslim faiths pray together and children of all cultures and countries were playing together on the ground. There was a powerful and unique energy within the place aswell, wich is hard to describe. It felt heavy. 1 Share this post Link to post

Hellbent Posted November 27, 2021 (edited) Here you go Mr. Freeze. I haven't read any of these books but the 5 star reviews make me wonder if I should, especially the 96% 5 star reviews for the "Real Anthony Fauci". Edited November 29, 2021 by Hellbent 1 Share this post Link to post

TenenteZashu Posted December 14, 2021 The other day we had the first snow of the year, also the lake has gotten low enough to fully expose a strip of land on which sit the ruins of an old stable from before the lake was created 4 Share this post Link to post
UnknDoomer Posted December 24, 2021 (edited) The 30+ years old soviet waffle iron still works very well. One of the few artifacts of the past, against the backdrop of modern technology. And, in my opinion, waffles on it come out better than on modern ones. Now 3 years in a row, various sculptures are being created on the streets not far from my location. This one refers to an old ad. Edited December 24, 2021 by UnknDoomer 1 Share this post Link to post

Martin Howe Posted January 2, 2022 (edited) Went out on NYE to local university with a really good broad (artificial lake left from industry or agriculture) and finally got some good wildlife pics there. Normally either they are well displayed and I only have a medium-sized lens or I have the big lens and they are missing or inactive. This time I got lucky :) Grey Squirrel doing their thing Grey Heron having a bad hair day during preening Cormorant in flight 4 Share this post Link to post
