Hey Thank you for posting your map! I like the song it fits into this level also this is so good for 25 minutes lol. That archvile with zombiemans is really painfull :D

Slot: MAP12

Build Time: 1 hour and half, including testing. Shame on me, i'm too slow! Boo!

Description: I just saw "Back To The Future" for the 100000000000th time and i thought on a city themed map where you travel in time (here, "50s" and the future), monster changes with the time travel as well of the textures and other stuff, but layout is the same for both time periods with some changes in.

New Music: Mister Sandman, found on google

Port: Vanilla Doom2 exe

Tested with: Crispy Doom 5.10.1, Chocorenderlimits

- All difficulties implemented

 

- Vanilla textures only

 

- Tech base/Water theme

 

- Beatable from a pistol-start

Please keep in mind that I'm using slot MAP01 here for both of my maps, and also D_RUNNIN as the title of the midis, so when you merge the levels, you have to rename the midis accordingly.

This was fun so I made another if you want to add it. Likewise with Astro X, it's in MAP01 slot and will need changing.

Figured I'd put something together for this.

Map Title: What a Mess 

Compatibility: Vanilla

MIDI: "Battle Strategy" by James Paddock

Build Time: 30 minutes to build + a while more for testing and fixing resource/enemy balance (didn't keep track)

Tested with Chocolate Doom

 

Hope it's fun, and I'm looking forward to playing through everyone else's!

Map name: Sanguine Slugfest

Format: Boom (there's an odd bug in vanilla that I can't solve, so for now it's Boom compatible)

Tested in: PrBoom+ 2.5.1.4, ZDoom 2.8.1

Music: D_DDTBLU from Memento Mori (apparently Mark Klem never actually named it)

Build time: A bit under 25 minutes, barring some bugfixing
